Come out and help us break in the new flags as we wind down outdoor sports playing football. Flag's should give slow guys like myself a needed edge. We are back at Cranford which is closer for most people playing. People of all levels play. Hope that we get a solid turnout again. Brandon brought two friends and we had a competitive and fun game with great weather.

Hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving Holiday. We plan to hike this Saturday on the 26th if anyone is interested in getting a little exercise. Here some specific additional directions beyond GPS, Google or Mapquest. We will be eating somewhere in Millburn after the hike. Football really was a good time last Saturday. Everyone was involved. Here are those directions I mentioned.
There was a great turnout for football on the 17th. We decided that we would play football again another week. People of all abilities showed up and we had a fun and competitive game. Looking to continue Sports Unlimited with a game of touch football. People of all levels are welcome to come out and play. We usually get a turnout of around ten to twelve. The more, the better. We usually get something to eat afterwards as a group. Directions can be found by using the address given with GPS, Mapquest or Google. Hope everyone is having a good summer. We will play Frisbee Golf at 5:00 on the 6th of August so people can go to the shore during the day or whatever activity they want to do. It is also cooler. Bring your own disc or you can get the set of Frisbee Golf disc at Dick Sporting Goods. Cost is about $25.00. People of all levels play and we play in groups of 4. Ultimate frisbee was a solid turnout and a lot of fun. We had a game of 5 on 5. Hope we get the same interest for Soccer and Football. People of all levels play these sports. Hope we see u out there. Soccer and Football went really well. We ended up playing about half of each. Everyone decided that this time we would pull the frsibee out and get a good work out running up and down the field playing Ultimate Frisbee. The rules are easy. U can pass the frisbee to anyone on your team from a stationary position. Once you catch the frisbee after catching the frisbee, you need to advance the frisbee by also passing it to a teammate from a stationary position. A goal occurs when a catch passes the goal line. If a pass is dropped, then position changes to the other team. Come to the field and it is easy to learn how to play. We usually get food afterwards. Our 2011 season begins Monday, April 25.
